You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us. We reserve the right to assume exclusive protection and control over any matter that may otherwise be subject to Your indemnification, provided that You remain responsible for any such allegation.
4. Removal of Information
We do not currently delete any of the accounts that have been generated on the Site. You have the option to build a new account at any time. We do not allow you to make changes to previous posts. You must send a Notarized Letter, a Court Order, or participate in an LVP to request a previous article’s removal. You accept that the same guidelines apply to cross-posting Your Content from Our pages on any social media sites. Please see Our FAQ for more information on how to remove information.
If the analysis was created under your account, you could add supplementary details (please also see Our Privacy Policy, section “Cookies”).
We are a Web provider, which is an interactive computer service as specified by the Communications Decency Act’s Section 230. As a result, any tortious material posted to the Site will not be viewed as the publisher or speaker.
We reserve the right but are not obliged to delete or erase profanity, obscenities, threats of physical harm, property damage, and private financial details such as social security numbers and credit card information from messages posted by users of the Service.

5. Proprietary Rights/Grant of Non-Exclusive Rights
By posting information or content to any public area of the Site, you automatically grant. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant an irrevocable, perpetual, unconditional, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content to Us and Our affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees. You expressly allow Us to use any part and/or portion of the Web to view material you posted on the Site. You also expressly allow Us to share any information that you have posted with third parties at Our discretion. We reserve the right to post any information you have on the Web on Our accounts on social media sites.
6. Information Supplied by You
Except as otherwise stated in its privacy policy, We will keep all information given by You to Us confidential. We will only use or reveal such information for the purposes for which it was collected or as permitted by law. You accept and understand that by uploading information or material to any public area of the Site, You may be asked to share Your personal experience and/or opinions with Us while being registered. You, therefore, recognize and understand that by accepting such an offer, you agree to the Waiver of Responsibility and Indemnity Agreement’s terms and consent to them.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
We provide the Services “as is,” with no express, implied, or statutory guarantees connected with the Site or the Services, or any contact with Us or Our representatives, or otherwise concerning the Site. Any implied guarantees of merchantability, fitness for a particular reason, or non-infringement are expressly disclaimed. We make no guarantee that the Site’s Internet connection will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, that the Site will meet Your needs, or that any defects in the Site will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability

10. General Provisions
You agree that Nevada law will govern this Agreement (regardless of conflict of law principles), that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be heard exclusively in federal and state courts in Nevada, and that you will submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in Nevada in connection with the Site or this Agreement. The entire Agreement between You and Us about using the Site is included in this Agreement, which You agreed upon registering on the Site or sending a post. Unless otherwise stated, the Terms will continue to apply even though Your registration with the Site is terminated. The remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect if any clause of this Agreement is unconstitutional.
11. Copyright Policy/Termination of User Privileges for Infringement and Contact Information for Suspected Copyright Infringement/DMCA Notices
Any consumer who uses the Site to illegally distribute copyrighted content without a warrant, express consent, valid protection, or fair use exemption will have their privileges terminated. Users who submit user content to the Site, whether articles, images, stories, software, or other copyrightable material, must ensure that their content does not infringe on third-party copyrights.

12. Access to the Services
We grant You a nonexclusive, restricted, revocable license to use the Services for Your personal use. Unless specifically authorized by Us, this license does not include any compilation, aggregation, copying, duplication, display, or derivative use of the Services, or data mining, robots, spiders, or similar data gathering extraction tools for any reason. You must first obtain a license from Us before making any derivative use of the Services or any material made available through the Services for any reason (including commercial purposes) not specified herein. Usage of the Services outside the limits of the permitted access given to You by Us would result in the immediate revocation of that permission or license.
13. Premium Review Subscription
In the past, we offered a Premium Review Subscription service to our customers. As a consequence, some reviews on the Web can be labeled as such. This program, however, is no longer open to new subscribers.
14. Our Paid Services for Companies
We are not a government entity, and we reserve the right to charge businesses fees to access some features of the Web. Please see our Business Solutions page for more information.
