HOW CAN YOU REPLACE A STOLEN OR LOST GIFT CARD?

Please go to your nearest store with your original receipt if your gift card is misplaced or stolen. Only the original receipt may be used to replace it.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IF YOU HAVE A GIFT CARD WITHOUT A PIN?

You cannot use a gift card without a PIN online, but you can use it in a shop. You will not be able to check the balance of your gift card without a PIN, but you will be able to exchange it for a new card with a PIN at any Ivivva store.
